Enterprise Court is located off of Lakes Road to the east of Braintree town centre. Lakes Road leads onto Millennium Way which connects the town centre to Braintree Retail Village and the A120. The A120 is less than one mile from the subject property and provides quick access to Stansted Airport and the M11 (J8). Units 8 and 9 form part of a terrace of small industrial units. Both buildings are of steel frame construction with blockwork walls and a mono pitch roof incorporating roof lights. The main elevations are covered in profiled steel cladding and unit 9 has a large electronic roller shutter loading door.
