There are 73 garages in total, with 24 currently occupied where Notice has been served to gain vacant possession on completion. For the garages currently occupied, the vendor receives £29.17 per week over a period of 48 weeks per year.
There are currently no alternative planning permissions granted on the sites and interested parties are encouraged to make their own enquiries with regard to this. The schedule in the Data Room provides high-level 'without prejudice' advice in relation to each site.
The vendors are looking to complete on the sales by 31st March 2025. The vendor will provide vacant possession upon completion. Interested parties are expected to offer with an overage which will capture a share of any alternative consents granted on a site. The sites are available as a whole or individually.
