Mr. Rothschild has also negotiated lease transactions with Reliance Insurance, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, ITT, Ford Motor Credit, and other fortune 1,000 firms.

Prior to joining Colliers ABR, Inc., Mr. Rothschild was the Regional Director of Leasing for a New York based developer, Tower Equities. He was responsible for overseeing two million square feet of office space, including negotiating leases, construction management, and property management.

Mr. Rothschild graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism.
