DESCRIPTION

Less than 10% of the property is in a FEMA Floodplain along San Felipe Creek. An overhead 138 kv transmission line runs along the entire west boundary of the ranch. Future use may be subject to and contingent upon the rules and regulations of the City of Del Rio and Val Verde County.
