Alex Van Dyke is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Investor, with a strong foundation in finance, law, And hands-on asset management. A former NCAA Division III National Champion and cancer survivor, Alex brings discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking to every transaction he undertakes.
Alex earned his degree in finance and attended law school, equipping him with a solid understanding of both the analytical and legal components of real estate investing. Over the past five years, he has built a proven track record as a licensed real estate professional in both residential and commercial markets, participating in transactions ranging from entry-level investments to multi-million-dollar commercial assets.
In addition to brokerage, Alex is an active commercial real estate investor with a focus on repositioning underperforming retail and office properties.
