Anna Katharine (AK) Sullivan is part of CBRE’s Retail team, focused on representing users and owners of mixed-use and lifestyle retail environments.
Her diverse skill set coupled with her expertise in market analysis, data-driven decision-making and client relationship management enables her to provide valuable insights and support to industry-leading owners, landlords and tenants. AK is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals by conducting in-depth market research, identifying investment opportunities and facilitating client interactions.
Before to joining CBRE in 2025, AK was a Market Analyst at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where she supported the marketing department and executed aspects of market research. Previously, she held a position with JLL, where she prepared pro forma models, completed in-depth market research, facilitated client meetings and tours for prospects, and worked on high-value property acquisitions. Additionally, she has held several internships in marketing, where she was instrumental in increasing audience engagement and profit margins for the companies.
