Ben Peers, who joins from WSP GL Hearn, will support Cluttons’ work in London and nationally across retail, offices, leisure and industrial assets.
Bringing more than 13 years of diverse experience across the commercial property sector, most recently Peers has specialised in business rates appeal work, focusing on the current 2023 Rating List appeals and pre-influencing values for the forthcoming 2026 Rating List.
