Bio
Chance Martin was born and raised in Weatherford, Texas, and now resides in Brock, Texas. With deep roots in Parker County, Chance has a strong appreciation for the values, traditions, and way of life that make this area so special. He is also a member of the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse and remains closely connected to the community where he works, serves, and raises his family.
Chance’s background in land and natural resources began early, working on a ranch from 2000 to 2003. In 2004, he entered the oil and gas industry, where he built a strong foundation in land use, mineral rights, and property value. From 2008 to 2016, Chance worked in corporate geological exploration, gaining valuable experience in the technical and operational side of the industry. Since 2016, he has worked as an independent oil and gas producer, further expanding his knowledge of mineral ownership, rural land, and the unique dynamics that come with farm, ranch, and investment properties.
While Chance continues his work as an independent operator, he is transitioning into real estate to provide clients and contacts with a knowledgeable, trustworthy resource who understands land, oil and gas rights, and the importance of making confident decisions. Whether helping with farm and ranch properties, land investments, or residential real estate, Chance brings a practical, experienced perspective to every transaction.
Outside of work, Chance enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and restoring old International Scouts.
