He is President and Owner of MTEX Properties, a full-service commercial and industrial real estate development company offering move-in-ready, build-to-suit, and investment properties, primarily to oil and gas companies located in the Permian Basin area of Midland, Odessa, Pecos, and Toyah. He has successfully completed lease transactions totaling over 100,000 square feet. Chris received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M in Business Administration and Management, and his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
