Bio
Clément began his career in commercial real estate consulting in 2012 with ABAULT Commerces in Bordeaux, where he worked until 2015 while pursuing his studies in real estate expertise at the ICH (CNAM).
He joined Draco Partners' Consulting & Marketing department at the end of 2015 and has led the department as a Partner since 2023.
Appointed as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019, Clément brings over 12 years of experience in consulting and marketing, working with institutional lessors and retail brands on projects of all sizes across the country.
