Conrad has been around real estate for most of his life. When he was 19 years old, he started working for one of South Surrey’s premier builders, fueling his passion for real estate. At the age of 27, he built his first home and successfully sold it. After that, he became a thriving mortgage broker and continued to invest and hold real estate. These years have gained him extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the real estate market, the buying and selling process, an excellent reputation, and trust from clients and colleagues
