Bio
With a property career spanning 20 years, Craig started as Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager in the residential sector, gaining valuable experience before transitioning into commercial property.
In 2007, Craig joined The Ashtenne Industrial Fund as an Asset Manager for the regional team, before moving on to Hansteen Holdings plc. In both roles Craig was responsible for delivering a range of asset management initiatives, working on industrial property on portfolios across Wales & the South West. After moving to Willowford Asset Management in 2015, Craig was instrumental in delivering successful results across numerous asset management mandates, and following the company merger, Craig integrated into the Jenkins Best agency team.
Focusing on South Wales, Craig collaborates closely with property owners and tenants to meet their unique requirements and deliver strategic solutions. His reputation for treating properties with the same care and attention as if they were his own has made him a trusted advisor in the local market. Craig has worked with a wide range of clients from national property companies to private investors.
Outside of work, Craig has a passion for film, live music, and sports. A dedicated concert-goer, he can often be found at venues ranging from grassroots locations to large arenas, stadiums and music festivals across the UK.
