Mr. Simhon joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Midtown office. David Simhon specializes in representing property owners throughout New York City.
With a focus on high-traffic neighborhoods and brand-driven leasing strategies, he works closely with landlords to position spaces for long-term success.
