Deb Phillips has been an award-winning Professional Realtor for 23 years. Her experience in marketing and selling properties in the Thomasville and Cairo areas has found homes and land for many satisfied clients. The advanced education she has learned through receiving her Georgia Realtor Institute degree and her Certified Residential Specialist designation has equipped her for helping both buyers and sellers in the Southwest Georgia area. Listening to the needs of both a buyer and a seller is the key component to a successful real estate transaction. Having worked many years as a legal assistant, handling real estate closings has also added to her knowledge. Whether a client is a first-time homebuyer, moving up buyer, looking for a luxury home, historic home, condo owner, empty nester, or land to build on, she is the “key” to their success in finding the perfect home. Helping others is what fulfills her life and gives her joy, and she would gladly help with all real estate needs.
Deb serves on the Executive Board of The United Way of Thomas County and served on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of Thomas County for seven years. She also served as Regent for the Thomasville Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and as President of the Thomasville Board of Realtors. Additionally, she has chaired many committees for the Thomasville Board of Realtors and served on the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors, where she was the Georgia State Director.
