With more than 40 years in various sectors of the real estate industry: international investments, asset management, office space leasing, real estate management and commercial real estate brokerage, Denis has extensive expertise in the field of real estate.
Having evolved within Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, for several years, he successively held the positions of Senior Director of Leasing, Vice-President, Asset Management then Vice -President, Investments, Eastern North America region. Over the years, Denis has also held various real estate brokerage positions within a few real estate agencies, including general management of Avison Young for Quebec.
Denis also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montreal, as well as an executive MBA in real estate from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
