Bio
Forest Balderson was first licensed in Florida Real Estate Sales in 1999. He holds a BA from Eckerd College and a Graduate Certificate from Bay Path University. In 2018, he was awarded the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, considered the gold standard in the industry. He is the vice chair of the fundraising committee for the charitable foundation fo the Realtors Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. He works as a Real Estate Advisor at Coldwell Banker Downtown Sarasota.
