Bio
Gabri Ripple Means was born and raised in Burton, Texas. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Southwest Texas State University in 2001, she and her husband purchased their first home together in Brenham. Gabri enjoyed getting to know the business owners of Washington County while gaining experience as an advertising sales representative, promotions director, and on-air talent for a local radio station.
In 2003, Gabri felt a strong calling to return to school to earn her teaching certificate, fulfilling her purpose of educating and inspiring future community leaders. She proudly served families across Washington, Waller, and Grimes Counties for more than 15 years. In 2006, one of her passions evolved into a thriving photography business, Photos by Gabri. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her creative strengths and artistic abilities to capture meaningful moments for friends and family.
Gabri has been married to her best friend for over 20 years, and together they have two amazing children. She counts her blessings every morning. Some of her favorite things include coffee, live music, dancing, sunrises and sunsets, gardening, hunting, fishing, volleyball, baseball, visiting state and national parks, stargazing, and making memories with the people she loves. In God’s perfect timing, the journey back to her beloved hometown of Burton has brought her family wonderful opportunities and many beautiful new beginnings.
