Herbert Ratsch has been immersed in the luxury real estate world for over 20 years. Herbert was one of the first brokers with Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec, allowing him to build unmatched experience, global connections and market knowledge throughout the years. His proven track record of notable sales continuously relies on maintaining trusting relationships with each client. Herbert maintains a listing portfolio of impressive city and country estates, consistently representing some of the world’s most discerning buyers and sellers. He has become the household name for unique properties such as, but not exclusive to large acreage estates, private lakes, hunting clubs, as well as hotel hospitality sales and marketing. Prior to establishing himself as a trusted real estate broker, Herbie was a member of Intrawest’s senior management team, focusing on real estate sales for Mont-Tremblant. Herbert lives quite the lifestyle. During the week, you will find him in exquisite suits in Montreal’s most exclusive spots. He spends his weekends in his country home in Tremblant with his beloved family. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys skiing, golfing, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking as well as driving in the Porsche Club of North America events.
