Bio
Jake joined the company in January of 2021 and is our in-house counsel. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jake obtained his LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, where he began his legal career. In his private practice, Jake represented commercial, multifamily and industrial real estate developers across the country for both national and international law firms. Jake’s worked with real estate companies of all sizes, from small single asset owners to publicly traded REITs. In his role as in-house counsel, Jake is able to cut the time and expense of utilizing outside counsel for many of our core functions, resulting in cost and time savings for our tenant and owner partners.
