Jeremiah joined Hilco Real Estate in 2019 and is a key member of the lease advisory team, working with clients to restructure their real estate portfolios and performing due diligence for new business opportunities. His responsibilities include real estate portfolio and lease analysis, property valuation, and serving as operational lead between the client and Hilco’s dealmakers throughout the repositioning process. During his time at HRE, Jeremiah has worked with numerous national and multinational clients including Starbucks, J Crew, Sbarro, Save-A-Lot, Tailored Brands, Nando’s, Cinemark, Chuck E Cheese, and many other public and privately held companies.
Jeremiah received his BA in Statistics from Northwestern University with a minor in Business Institutions.
