John O’Connell has been selling real estate with CENTURY 21 DePiero & Associates since 1999.
As a professional Realtor®, he conducts the majority of the research for his clients so they can make educated decisions when buying or selling a property. He does not make decisions for them, but instead provides the information needed to help them choose what is best.
He has a history of navigating challenging deals and consistently develops solutions that work for both buyers and sellers.
John has personally rehabbed and sold several homes, and with many friends in the trades, he brings valuable insight to each transaction. He leverages his knowledge and experience to help clients identify solid homes or determine what updates to make before listing.
Outside of work, he enjoys volleyball, scuba diving, cooking, remodeling, gardening, and hunting.
