Jonathan Houghton is Operations Director at Northern Trust Company Ltd, having been promoted to the role in 2026 in recognition of his long-standing contribution to the business. He joined Northern Trust in January 2008 as a Development Surveyor, where he played a key role in delivering a number of new development projects, before progressing to Property Portfolio Executive.
In his subsequent role, Jonathan was responsible for overseeing significant growth across the company’s property portfolio and led the successful establishment of Northern Trust’s Scotland regional office, strengthening the company’s presence in the region. As Operations Director, he continues to support the operational performance and strategic development of the business.
