Jordan Blanton joined GCB Real Estate shortly after graduating from the College of Charleston in 2012.
Jordan specializes in office and industrial product types and has advised clients in sales and leasing transactions. He has also worked with investors in acquiring and disposing of investment properties in accordance with their investment objectives.
Additionally, Jordan is the director of the property management team at GCB Real Estate is responsible for lease administration, work order management, tenant relations, and accounting.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys improv comedy, boating adventures, and playing with his dog.
