Bio
Kaily plays a vital role in supporting the Chicago brokerage team by managing a broad range of platform services and administrative functions, while also contributing across all phases of the transaction process. She is actively involved in client communication and ensures the timely delivery of polished, high-quality materials.
Kaily is engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial pitch preparation to final closing. Her responsibilities include creating presentations, conducting market surveys, and coordinating engagement documentation. Once a project is secured, she manages the production of marketing collateral such as brochures and signage, oversees email campaigns, and ensures all activity is accurately tracked.
As the lead for onboarding, Kaily helps new team members acclimate quickly by guiding them through KBC’s systems, tools, and resources—ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success. She also oversees daily office operations and serves as a dependable point of contact for team support.
Kaily studied at the University of Colorado Boulder where she graduated with a degree in Finance and minor in Technology, Arts, & Media. Though Kaily thoroughly enjoyed her time in Boulder, she came back to her roots in Chicago to start her career.
Outside of the office, Kaily enjoys spending time outdoors; hiking, skiing, or even just exploring new neighborhoods. She also loves to travel as learning about different cultures and discovering new places fascinates her.
