Bio
Katie Hopp serves as Vice President with Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team in Minneapolis after transitioning from managing one of Minneapolis’ largest downtown assets. Drawing on her extensive experience in property operations and financial management, Katie focuses on delivering exceptional results for clients through leasing and sales strategies. Katie leverages her strong background in finance, communications, and real estate to guide clients through complex transactions. Her approach combines market insight with a commitment to best-in-class service, ensuring every engagement is strategic and results-driven.
In her previous role as General Manager, Katie oversaw all aspects of a one-million-square-foot property, managing operational and capital budgets, cultivating tenant and vendor relationships, and working closely alongside the client through leasing transactions. This operational expertise has given her a unique perspective in brokerage, allowing her to anticipate client needs and negotiate solutions that maximize value.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Katie began her real estate career at Cassidy Turley in 2007 as an Appraisal Associate, then moved into the property management division in 2010. Relying on her strong background in finance and communications, Katie is an exceptional resource for her clients when it comes to both financial and operational issues.
