Liz Scheidl's success in residential and mixed-use real estate is built upon more than two decades of experience in the building design and construction industries. She was an integral member of the general contracting team responsible for the construction of the San Francisco Giants' ballpark, Oracle Park, during the 1990s. As a longtime small business owner and licensed contractor in the specialty trades, Liz understands the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction and has earned an exceptional reputation for providing attentive service while helping clients achieve their goals.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Industrial Design, Liz has a deep appreciation for design, furniture, and architecture. She enjoys creating art and exploring all forms of creative expression. Through decades of relationships within the art and design communities, she remains connected to the creative pulse of the San Francisco Bay Area and brings a forward-thinking, intuitive approach to understanding and respecting the places and spaces people call home.
As a San Francisco parent and homeowner, Liz has extensive experience navigating local schools and family resources. She is actively involved in her community through participation in a local community garden and environmental initiatives focused on restoring native plant species along the Bay shoreline. In her free time, she enjoys spending as much time as possible exploring and appreciating the many outdoor spaces that make the City by the Bay so unique.
