Lourdes Lauredo is a Client Service Coordinator with more than six years
of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, specializing in marketing support as part of a team of passionate, driven commercial real estate professionals who provide leasing advisory services to both landlords and occupiers across South Florida.
Prior to joining Team Kingsley-Rutchik in 2026, Lourdes provided comprehensive marketing and operational support to Colliers’ South Florida Retail brokerage team, where she played a key role in the development and execution of best-in-class marketing materials.
