Martin Johnson serves as a Senior Advisor for Diamond Shores Conway, SC, where he specializes in land and development tracts in the Myrtle Beach MSA and surrounding rural areas and counties. Martin offers extensive knowledge and experience in assisting clients with the acquisition and selling of land tracts to include residential and commercial development, timber and agriculture, recreational, conservation, and large estates. Martin also works to help complete 1031 exchanges, create owner and developer participation deals, and works with attorneys involved in family estates and trusts.
Prior to joining Diamond Shores, Martin owned and operated a family farm for 20 years, operated the third largest tobacco operation in South Carolina as well as managed a USDA tobacco grading facility for Standard Commercial Logistics. Martin is a licensed South Carolina Realtor, member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, a Master Mason, 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, a York Rite Mason and a graduate of the US Flue Cure Cooperative’s Young Leadership Course. He is also a proud father of five children and an active member of The Rock Church in Aynor.
