Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, is to announce that Michael G. Fanfair Jr. has joined Lee & Associates of Michigan as Senior Vice President. In this role, Fanfair will focus on the sale and lease of industrial properties in southeast Michigan.
Fanfair brings more than 25 years of experience in global supply chain operations, facilities services, and corporate real estate strategy. His career includes senior leadership positions with Hilco Global and Valeo, where he advanced to Senior Director of Indirect Procurement for North America and oversaw the region’s corporate real estate strategy. At Valeo, he was recognized with the President’s Award for Procurement Compliance Excellence.
Fanfair earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Eastern Michigan University and a master certificate in global supply chain management from Michigan State University. He is a licensed Michigan real estate salesperson and actively involved in community organizations including Crossroads of Michigan, Grace Center of Hope, and the Milford Memories Festival. Fanfair also served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, receiving an honorable discharge after eight years of service.
