Paul focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and marketing industrial and IOS investment opportunities across the West Coast.
Prior to joining Cooper Square Acquisitions, Paul worked in multi-family brokerage in Los Angeles, where he gained valuable experience navigating complex transactions and maximizing asset value. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley and his M.S. in Law from USC Gould School of Law, where he also competed as a Division I tennis captain.
