Bio
Rachel Agba-Novak is focused on sourcing industrial and logistics opportunities for Hillwood’s Midwest region. In her role as Vice President, Transactions and Development, Rachel is responsible for identifying new sites for ground-up development, building acquisitions, and the stabilization of speculative assets across nine Midwest markets including: Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.
Rachel brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, and brokerage. Prior to joining Hillwood in 2022, Rachel was the Director of Industrial Acquisitions for Zilber Property Group. In this role, she was responsible for new capital deployment through sourcing and managing industrial development and acquisition activity throughout Chicago and Milwaukee.
