Bio
Before joining NAI Pensacola, Tanner Stewart built a successful career as a television news anchor and reporter, covering business, economic development, and public policy across Northwest Florida.
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University’s College of Media & Entertainment, Stewart became one of the nation’s youngest prime-time local news anchors at age 23 in Gulfport, Mississippi. After relocating to Pensacola in 2020, his reporting ranged from State Capitol politics to major hurricanes impacting the Gulf Coast and included two flight features with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. He has also served on election and public affairs panels for national organizations.
Stewart’s perspective on the local market is strengthened by years of covering growth drivers, zoning and entitlement issues, and development activity throughout the Pensacola area.
