Bio
Passionate about commercial real estate and its strategic evolution within urban areas, I co-founded L'Enseigne Libre over three years ago with the aim of providing a modern, expert, and agile approach to retail brokerage. I chose to combine my skills with those of my partners to sustainably support property owners and brands in their real estate development and valuation challenges.
Through our Parisian office, we operate throughout the Île-de-France region and also support our partners in other regional markets, depending on their development strategies. We are proud to have established a strong relationship of trust with a variety of stakeholders: institutional investors, real estate companies, independents, and national and international brands.
Since our inception, we have completed numerous significant transactions on commercial spaces ranging from 10 m² to over 5,000 m², demonstrating our ability to handle both local projects and major developments. Each mission is carried out with the same rigor: to provide tailor-made, responsive, and value-creating solutions.
