Bio
Passionate about commercial real estate and its strategic evolution within urban areas, I co-founded Enseigne Libre over three years ago with the goal of offering a modern, expert, and agile approach to retail brokerage. I chose to combine my skills with those of my partners to sustainably support property owners and brands in their real estate development and value enhancement challenges.
Through our Paris-based operations, we work across the entire Île-de-France region and also assist our partners in other regional markets, depending on their development strategies. We are proud to have established strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders: institutional investors, real estate companies, independents, and national and international brands.
Since our inception, we have successfully completed numerous significant transactions involving commercial spaces ranging from 10 m² to over 5,000 m², demonstrating our ability to handle both local projects and major developments. Each assignment is carried out with the same level of commitment: delivering tailored, responsive, and value-creating solutions.
