Tonya brings over 35 years of expertise in property management and accounting, coupled with hands-on experience as a property owner. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Indiana, her qualifications include LIHTC Compliance, Assisted Housing Management, and STAR Rural Development certifications.
She has successfully led rehabilitation projects, such as Greenbriar Apartments and Red Flannel Acres, using Low Income Housing Tax Credits to deliver affordable housing without tenant displacement. Tonya also serves as Treasurer for the Property Management Association of West Michigan and as an administrator for Veterans Housing of Southwest Michigan.
