Whitney has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in asset management, financial management and reporting, financial analysis, real estate auditing and investment analysis. Whitney leverages her extensive commercial real estate experience to provide property owners and investors a higher level of prioritized service based on their investment strategy.
Prior to working with Russo Commercial, she worked as a Senior Analyst, Accountant and Senior Auditor for such firms as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte and Kennedy Wilson, where she prepared and reviewed financial and capital statements, analyzed third-party financial statements to ensure appropriate items were accurately recorded, and established accurate fair market value of investments. Additionally, she allocated investor and investment distributions and contributions.
