Bio
Yanni Tsipis is Senior Vice President, Development at WS Development, where he oversees large-scale mixed-use development initiatives in Boston, including the firm’s Seaport and Fenway projects. He is responsible for planning, entitlements, design coordination, and execution across complex, urban developments that together comprise millions of square feet of commercial, residential, and public-realm space.
Yanni leads development efforts for WS Development’s Boston Seaport project, a multi-phase, mixed-use district, as well as major development surrounding Fenway Park, guiding projects from early planning through construction and delivery. Prior to WS Development, he managed large-scale urban and historic rehabilitation projects in Boston at Colliers International. Yanni is also a faculty member at the MIT Center for Real Estate.
