Bio
Zachary Small has called Columbus home since 2018, bringing with him the discipline and leadership forged during his distinguished U.S. Army career. He retired in 2023 after serving as a lead instructor at the U.S. Army's Sniper Course and now applies that same precision and focus to commercial real estate. Following his retirement, Zachary earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Auburn University, equipping him to guide clients through complex transactions and investment opportunities. His academic journey began with an undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University’s School of Architecture, giving him a deep understanding of structure, space, and design. These combined credentials provide him with both the creative vision and analytical expertise to deliver results for investors, developers, and business owners. Beyond his professional pursuits, Zachary is committed to giving back to the community, volunteering as the assistant coach for Auburn University’s Women’s Club Hockey team, where he fosters teamwork and leadership among student-athletes. His passion for mentorship and service reflects the same values that drive his real estate career: building strong relationships, supporting growth, and achieving long-term success.
