Bio
Zack Molod is a Real Estate Advisor at Cresa, where he works with clients to develop strategic real estate solutions and navigate complex occupancy decisions. With a foundation in both commercial real estate and finance, Zack brings a well-rounded perspective to tenant representation, leasing strategy, and market analysis.
Prior to joining Cresa, Zack completed an internship with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City, supporting Class A office leasing initiatives across Manhattan. In this role, he worked alongside senior brokerage professionals, analyzed leasing transactions, conducted market research, prepared property analyses, and developed strategic recommendations for attracting tenants within competitive office submarkets.
Zack also gained experience in wealth management through an internship with Wells Fargo, where he assisted clients with financial profiles and expanded his understanding of investment and advisory services.
A graduate of Penn State University's Smeal College of Business, Zack studied Risk Management with a focus on Real Estate. During his time at Penn State, he was actively involved in Beta Sigma Beta Fraternity and Club Basketball, further developing the leadership and teamwork skills that continue to support his professional success.
