Contract Development was formed in 1983 in Chicago by Mr. Carl Bryant. Contract Development is a development and construction management company, offering design-build services. Over the past 30 plus years Mr. Bryant and the CD team have successfully developed office, retail, medical, educational, and industrial projects for a variety of clients in Northern Illinois.
