RÉSUMÉ DE L'ANNONCE
Rockefeller Group is developing Rockefeller Group Logistics Center at Carneys Point in Carneys Point, N.J. The project includes two buildings totaling 1,126,443 square feet: a 596,443 square foot building (Building A) and a 530,000 square foot building (Building B). The project is the company’s second industrial project in Southern Jersey, following 2022’s development and sale of Rockefeller Group Logistics Center Eastampton. Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, New York Branch provided $114.8M million in construction financing to support the project.
The two buildings include 40’ clear heights, 50’ x 54’ column spacing, 658 auto parking spaces and 328 trailer parking stalls. Both buildings will be delivered in early 2025. Rockefeller Group assembled the 141-acre project from 13 separate parcels and 11 individual sellers closing on the site in 2022. The project includes extensive infrastructure improvements which will benefit the region.
