Located in the eastern part of Miami's Little Havana neighborhood, this impressive 45,000-square-foot lot assemblage offers a rare development opportunity. The T6-8-O portion comprises 30,000 square feet, while the T4-R portion makes up the remaining 15,000 square feet. Buildable potential under the Miami 21 zoning code is approximately 450,000 to 562,500 square feet, depending on the use of optional public benefits.
