200 S Lamar St - City Centre North Tower 128,500 SF Office Building

City Centre is a Class-A two-tower office building located within the central business district at 200 South Lamar Street in the city of Jackson, the state capital of Mississippi.

Completed in 1987, both the North and the South Towers are attractively designed with a modern exterior of tinted reflective glass. Both towers have lobbies finished in polished marble and are connected by a spacious and open atrium. The atrium was recently upgraded with black granite floors and mahogany panels and leads to a covered walkway and lushly landscaped courtyard that accesses the self-park garage. There is also full-service valet parking available located in the building's North Tower.

The building has 24-hour security and after hours card key accessibility, a full-service retail bank and ATM, dine-in deli and Federal Express Service Branch are located on the ground floor. A customer service/guard's desk is located in the atrium and serves the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are six Schindler passenger elevators (three in each tower) with carpet and wainscoting. All are computer controlled for efficient service. Additionally, a freight elevator services the South Tower. There is a chilled water system with a 350 ton chiller in the North Tower and a 375 ton chiller in the South Tower. Both chillers are controlled by Auto-Matrix Energy Management System.

City Centre is one of the few building in Jackson that offers valet parking. A newly constructed 517-space parking deck is also available to customers and guests of the building.

There are numerous restaurants, hotels, and entertainment activities available within walking distance. There is direct access to interstates 55 and 20.
