201 N Main St - South Building - The Creamery 78,183 SF Office Building

The building was built in the 1920’s and completely refurbished in 2006 with all new windows, lighting, mechanicals, new corner elevator, roof, and is sprinkled throughout the south building. Polished concrete floors, exposed concrete ceilings, historic-looking windows, and glass elevator with views of the city all make this a unique property. An estimated $7 million was spent on restoring the building to what it is today. In 2005 the north building was remodeled and is connected to the main building on the northwest side. There is a total of 96,969 square feet between the two buildings.
