Anthem Corporate Center & Independence Plaza is an approximate 63,448 square-foot office and retail business park building located in Anthem, Arizona, a planned suburb 34 miles north of downtown Phoenix, voted the Best Master Planned Community in America by the National Association of Home Builders. The project is comprised of a surface-parked, two-story office building totaling 59,199 square feet (Anthem Corporate Center) and a complimentary, single-story retail building totaling 4,249 square feet (Independence Plaza).
The project features Class A buildings, well-designed, functional floor plans, a magnificent lobby with an eye-catching water feature and ample surface parking (some covered by canopy) at a ratio 4.4 per 1,000 square feet. The project is prominently situated on approximately 5.26 acres at the signalized intersection of Anthem Way and Venture Court, approximately ¾ mile southeast of Interstate 17. As part of the 20-year Regional Transportation Plan approved by voters in 2004, the Arizona Department of Transportation has plans to widen I-17 from Loop 101 to Anthem Way, which will ultimately serve to provide better access to the local bedroom community.
