CNP’s Design Architect was Albert C. Martin & Associates, and its General Contractor was Turner Construction. CNP sits at the center of the DTLA renaissance and vibrancy with its location serving as the bridge between the growing business, retail and residential districts of Bunker Hill / Civic Center and the South Park areas to reinforce downtown Los Angeles' stature as one of the world's most dynamic cities.
