As far as licensing/permits go, the local government seems very excited to work with the new owner to get this restaurant back open as it serves as the centerpiece of the river walk area so occupancy, health and liquor licenses should not be a problem to obtain.. Atchison is a small city of about 11,000 people, has a growing private college and is the headquarters of MGP Ingredients, a large publicly-traded distiller, and is only 45 minutes from Kansas City, MO. Price is $349,000 which is well below a recent appraisal and includes building, land and all existing equipment, furniture and fixtures. I am a real person so please do not bother with silly scams.
