There is a 600 square-foot area that has between 7’ 4” to 8’ 2” ceiling height broken into four rooms that can be used as offices, storage rooms, tool storage, etc. In addition, there is a catwalk in the warehouse that leads to an upper room that could be used for a variety of things that is 720 square feet. There are two shared bathrooms and a breakroom that are professionally cleaned weekly. The space is $2,600 per month and includes: • utilities - gas, water, and electric usage • property tax fees • storm water fees • snow removal fees • no CAM charge The security deposit is $3,900, and we require a minimum of a one-year lease.
