Located in Kingman Airport Industrial Park, Kingman Airport Industrial I is at 4625 Interstate Way on a 23-acre lot and consists of five sections with clear heights that range from 19 feet to 26 feet. Section One includes the largest of the offices with a reception area, 13 private offices, multiple large spaces for cubicles, a training room, bathrooms, and equipment storage areas. With the completion of a new bypass, known as the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, Kingman now has a direct route to the enormous consumer market in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
