ABOUT RIVERWAY

Riverway is an area in Houston west of Memorial Park and just north of Galleria/Uptown. It is home to some of the metro’s wealthiest neighborhoods and offers residents easy access to the heart of the city, as well as an abundance of living and retail options.

Much of the office space is older vintage, with the vast majority of space built in the 1970s and 1980s. The largest buildings, like the three-building Riverway complex, have more than 40 tenants each. The area’s tenant base is diverse, including professional services firms, medical, manufacturing, and retailers/wholesalers. The Riverway area is home mainly to local tenants with smaller footprints. Louann is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the Houston office market specializing in Landlord representation.  She began her commercial real estate career directly out of college, working for an office building owner and transitioned into third party leasing in 2006.

Prior to joining Transwestern in October of 2012, Louann was with CBRE for almost seven years. She has earned Costar's Power Broker award and has averaged 85+ transactions per year since 2006. In 2013, Louann contributed to one of the largest transactions in the Galleria submarket which earned Houston Chronicle’s Deal of the Week.  In 2014, Louann was one of three brokers within Transwestern nominated for Real Estate Forum’s 40 Under 40.  In 2019, Louann was named Globe St’s Women of Influence, a national honor in the Agency Leasing category.   Louann is a proven deal maker, power negotiator and is consistently a top producer at Transwestern.

Louann’s diverse knowledge and skill set in marketing, project management and leasing, combined with her strong work ethic and enthusiasm, enable her to provide exceptional brokerage services. Jack’s role includes identifying prospective tenants and researching competing properties to develop the most effective marketing and leasing strategies for our clients as well as negotiating lease proposals and final lease terms.

Jack has assisted in leasing over 163,000 SF at Central Square in Midtown, bringing it from a vacant building to 59% leased. In the past year he has assisted in the lease up of over 300,000 SF at Houston Center, including an anchor tenant at 2 Houston Center.
